Each college would create a group (probably at lunch-time) where students with Asperger’s Syndrome or similar difficulties would develop their social and communications skills. Facilitated by a Learning Facilitator or Learning Support teacher and supported by the Learning Support Manager. With expert input by a Speech and Language specialist.
